Terms of service

1. The service

Pinnomatic ("the Service") is a Pinterest marketing tool operated by Digipeak Media, Borgarvägen 16, 824 53 Hudiksvall, Sweden. It generates pin images and copy with AI, schedules them as campaigns, and publishes or exports them. The Service is currently in private beta: features may change, break or be removed without notice, and access is by invitation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage every Pinterest account you connect.

3. Acceptable use

• Follow Pinterest's own terms, spam policies and community guidelines.
• Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or abuse the beta (e.g. automated credit farming).

4. Your content and AI-generated content

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and publish it on your instruction (including to our processors, e.g. AI generation and image storage). AI-generated images and copy are provided as-is — you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing and for ensuring they comply with applicable law and Pinterest's policies.

5. Credits

AI generation consumes credits. During the beta, credits are granted for free, carry no monetary value, and may be adjusted or reset. Paid plans, if introduced, will get their own terms.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that scheduled pins will always publish, or any marketing outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (during the free beta: zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or intent.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with reasonable notice — or immediately in case of material breach. Upon termination your data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Swedish law, with disputes settled by Swedish courts.
